Park House is a 3 storey, stone-built Victorian property which has been newly restyled and re-furbished offering high quality Bed and Breakfast accommodation. Situated in the heart of Ambleside, one of the most picturesque villages of the English Lake District, this small family run guest house is surrounded by dramatic scenery and is only a short walk from the northern edge of Lake Windermere.

Our delightful Victorian home, carefully and faithfully restored to capture its original charm and character, is set in a quiet residential street, only a few minutes walk from Keswick town centre and all its amenities. A ten minute stroll will take you to the breath taking shores of Derwentwater, 'The Queen of the Lakes'. Our aim is to ensure you have an enjoyable, comfortable and rememberable stay. We offer a warm welcome, in pleasurable surroundings, with open fires and a friendly reception.

Joan and Mike welcome you to Lincoln House - a beautiful slate-built Guest House, set in the Cumbrian market town of Keswick in the heart of the Lake District National Park. Originally a Victorian town house built in the late 1800's, Lincoln House now provides high standard centrally heated bed and breakfast (B&B) accommodation with large comfortable rooms (some en-suite), all tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. The house is ideally situated in a quiet cul-de-sac only two minutes walk into the centre of town, with ample parking available. Every bedroom has fantastic views either towards Skiddaw to the North, and south towards Borrowdale and Newlands.

Built in 1613 as the village grammar school Laurel Cottage is a traditional family run Guesthouse, set in a superb location in the centre of Bowness. Only one minute's stroll to Bowness Bay and its amenities. You can park you car in our car park and walk to all the local Restaurants, Cafes and Shops. Many people start/finish the Dales way Walk here at Laurel Cottage. We offer freshly cooked Breakfast served in the oak beamed dining room, or in the bedroom in our four poster rooms. We also have membership at Parklands Country Club - ask to use while you stay with us. We offer double twin family and single rooms - ring or email to discuss reservations anytime. All Seasons guest house is a Traditional Lakeland Stone built guest house built in 1854 for the railway which arrived in Windermere around that time. This charming guest house offers comfortable accommodation in a great location in the centre of the village of Windermere, its location makes an excellent base for touring within the National Park which has some of England’s most beautiful scenery, which so inspired the likes of Wordsworth, Wainwright and Beatrix Potter.

Each of our 4 guest bedrooms have been tastefully refurbished offering a pleasant and comfortable stay, all rooms are provided with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, refreshment trays complete with tea and coffee making facilities, colour plasma screen TV’s, DVD player, radio alarm clock, and hair dryer. Full English and Vegetarian breakfasts are available, we also cater for special dietry requirements.
