Hill Top Farm, former home of the writer,Beatrix Potter is situated almost next door to our guest house. 'Buckle Yeat' is famous for its connections with Beatrix Potter, the cottage being illustrated in the 'Tale of Tom Kitten' and 'The Pie and the Patty Pan' A traditional Lakeland cottage with oak beams,flag floors, and an open log fire in the visitors lounge,spacious dining room and en-suite guest rooms, which are tastefully decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind each also have the additional comforts of tea and coffee making facilities, televisions and we also have free Wifi access for guests with their own laptops and a laptop available for guests to check their email and access the internet.
