All have TV, DVD player, full tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge, bathrobes, fluffy towels, and hairdryer along with the little extras to make your stay more comfortable. We are 2 minutes level walking from the centre of Keswick and approx 10 minutes from Lake Derwentwater and the legendary Theatre by the Lake. We have lock-up facilities for bikes and a secure off road area for motorbikes.

The guest house is located on the edge of Windermere village and is therefore ideally situated for the local shops, pubs, restaurants and other amenities. Although close to this bustling and lively Lake District village, Meadfoot is a detached guest house set in its own grounds and has an almost secluded nature. In addition to the private car park there is a large garden with patio and summerhouse for guest use. Sometimes Deer can be seen wandering in the grounds. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with traditional pine furniture;some are ground floor,some are 4 posters and some have direct access from the room to the garden.
