The Red Lion is a traditional 15th century coaching inn, situated in the pictureesque village of Hawkshead, in the Lake District national Park. 8 en-suite bedrooms, and a bar which is mixed with the traditional and modern. Car parking is available at our Inn.

The Log House is a historic Norwegian log cabin in Ambleside, the heart of the English Lake District.Originally brought to the Lake District by Artist Alfred Heaton Cooper nearly 100 years ago as a home and studio. The Log House now serves as a restaurant and bar with three luxury bedrooms.
