Theresa is coeliac and has her own part of the kitchen that is strictly Gluten Free only. Leonard's Field is the ideal place to 'chill out' in peace and quiet (we are located on a quieter street), yet still within easy reach of the many walks and attractions of Keswick and the surrounding area. We are 2 minutes level walking from the centre of Keswick and approx 10 minutes from Lake Derwentwater and the legendary Theatre by the Lake. We have lock-up facilities for bikes and a secure off road area for motorbikes.

Our delightful Victorian home, carefully and faithfully restored to capture its original charm and character, is set in a quiet residential street, only a few minutes walk from Keswick town centre and all its amenities. A ten minute stroll will take you to the breath taking shores of Derwentwater, 'The Queen of the Lakes'. Our aim is to ensure you have an enjoyable, comfortable and rememberable stay. Joan and Mike welcome you to Lincoln House - a beautiful slate-built Guest House, set in the Cumbrian market town of Keswick in the heart of the Lake District National Park. Originally a Victorian town house built in the late 1800's, Lincoln House now provides high standard centrally heated bed and breakfast (B&B) accommodation with large comfortable rooms (some en-suite), all tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. The house is ideally situated in a quiet cul-de-sac only two minutes walk into the centre of town, with ample parking available. Every bedroom has fantastic views either towards Skiddaw to the North, and south towards Borrowdale and Newlands.

Swiss Court is a centrally located four star establishment, offering a high standard of clean and comfortable accommodation. Our elevated position affords stunning views of the Lakeland fells from all our rooms. An ideal base for walkers, cyclists or for just simply relaxing, with Derwentwater and the beautiful surrounding fells only a few minutes away. With our central location the shops, market on Thursdays and Saturdays, galleries, museum and Pencil Museum and much more are all just a short stroll away. We have seven comfortable, tastefully decorated and coordinated en-suite bedrooms. We have double, twin and single rooms including a superior double, and a superior single. We have some free parking available, and a public car park opposite which is free overnight. Lock up garage for bikes.
