Hillsdale is a family run B and B situated in a quiet location in the heart of Ambleside. All rooms are en-suite with shower and our bedrooms are clean and stylish.We offer a warm and friendly stay. We serve a hearty English or vegetarian breakfast.We also have grapefruit segments, prunes, fruit surprise mix, yoghurt, fruit juice and cereals. Restaurants, shops and pubs are a minute’s walk away. All rooms have flat screen LCD TV's. For that special break, we have a large bay fronted room with king size bed. We have a parking space for each room. Rockside is a quality 4* Guest House, located less than 2 minutes walk from the rail and bus station, which is owner managed by Martin & Caroline Rockside was built in 1847 using traditional lakeland stone,it is a querky property which is full of character and charm.
